Delivery & Returns
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail second class or first class depending on the delivery option selected during the checkout process.
Upon completing your purchase ensure that you fill in all of the required fields during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses if an error is made when inputting the delivery information by the individual purchasing the item.
In the event of an item not arriving due to the carrier failing to deliver, we will follow up with the delivery service and notify the customer via email regarding the incident.
The customer has the right to return an item as delivered (unworn/used/marked or in anyway tampered with at all) within 14 days of purchase.
We have the right to refuse refunds on returned products that have been worn, washed, tags removed, marked or damaged by the customer as this is invalidates a refund on the product(s).
Returns may be accepted and a full or partial refund will be issued if the item is returned exactly how it has been delivered.
